Can I change the image later?+

Yes — that's the best part. Order a new image anytime and swap it yourself in about ten minutes. One frame, endless images.

Do you ship nationwide? What does shipping cost?+

Yes — anywhere in the United States, and shipping is included in the price. Your frame arrives about 2 weeks after you approve your image proof, with tracking sent to your email. Rentals are Utah-only for now.

Is it hard to set up?+

No tools, no ladder, no manual you'll dread. It stands on its own, and the printed fabric tucks into a slim groove around the frame's edge by hand. Most people are glowing within ten minutes of opening the box — and there's a step-by-step setup guide on this site whenever you need it.

What if it arrives damaged, or something breaks later?+

Damaged on arrival? We replace it free — just tell us right away. Every frame carries a 1-year warranty on the frame and lights, and we stock replacement parts beyond that.

Can I return it?+

If it's not right for your home, return the frame within 30 days of delivery for a refund, minus return shipping. Printed images are custom-made for you, so they're not returnable — but nothing prints until you approve the proof.
