What's included

  • Your photo, printed large

    We turn your photograph into a custom large-format print and send you a proof within 48 hours of receiving your photo. Nothing prints until you approve it.

  • Delivery and setup

    We bring the glowing frame to your venue and have it glowing at the time you choose — setup takes about 45 minutes. It runs on a normal wall outlet.

  • Pickup after the event

    When the night is over, we come take the frame away. No teardown, no storage, no stress.

  • The print is yours to keep

    The frame goes home with us. Your custom printed image stays with you, forever.

Where's the event?

Delivery, setup, and pickup are free within 30 miles of Provo; venues 30–60 miles out add a flat $50 delivery fee — you'll see it before you pay. Farther out? Call us — we can often make it work.

We'll arrive about 45 minutes earlier to handle setup. If guests arrive at 6:00, most hosts request 5:00 or 5:30.

How does delivery and setup work?+

We bring the frame to your venue, set it up where you want it, and make sure it's glowing before we leave — setup takes about 45 minutes. After your event, we come back and take the frame away. You don't lift a thing.

Is delivery really free?+

Yes, within 30 miles of Provo. Between 30 and 60 miles there's a flat $50 delivery fee, and you'll see it clearly before you pay. Farther than that? Call us — we can often make it work.

How long do I have the display?+

Your rental covers the whole event day — from setup at the time you choose until we pick it up after your event. Hosting a multi-day celebration? Call 801.791.5369 and we'll arrange it.

What if I need to cancel or change my date?+

Life happens. Cancel 14 or more days before your event for a full refund. Date changes are free with 7+ days notice, subject to availability. Anything closer, call us — we'll work with you.

What if something gets damaged during the event?+

Bumps happen at good parties — that's what rentals are for. If there's an accident, just tell us at pickup. Ordinary event mishaps are on us; you won't get a surprise bill.

What happens after my event?+

We pick up the frame — and you keep your printed image forever. Many people frame it, gift it, or save it for the next celebration.

How far in advance should I order?+

Two weeks is our standard minimum — it gives us time to check your photo, send you a proof within 48 hours of receiving it, and print it beautifully. In a hurry? Call 801.791.5369 and we'll do our best.

Can I rent more than one?+

Absolutely — flanking an entrance with a pair is stunning. Choose how many you'd like when you book, and we'll confirm availability for your date instantly.
